Returns and Refund Policy


At Ochre Australia, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

  • Eligibility: We only offer returns and refunds in case of damages or defects. You have 10 days from the date of receipt to return your order. We don't accept returns for change of mind or other reasons.
  • Assessment: We will determine based on images provided if there is a valid defect/damage and respond with your return label which you can use to return your order via the preferred Australia Post facilities. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will notify you and initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

    Shipping:

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping quoted in the shipping policy will be deducted from your refund.
