Returns and Refund Policy
At Ochre Australia, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:
- Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Assessment: Once we have received your Returns and Refunds form, we will respond within 2-3 business days with your return label which you can use to return your order via the preferred Australia Post facilities.
Refunds:
- Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return and get a refund for your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Assessment: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will notify you and initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping:
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping quoted in the shipping policy will be deducted from your refund.
